I will help you to define what needs to be done to reduce your overwhelm and create a tailored plan to take the stress off of your plate so that you can enjoy the life you work so hard to build.
THE PROCESS
Step One: Schedule an in-person assessment with me. Take 60 minutes out of your busy schedule for the most efficient conversation that you have ever had about all the emotional labor that can be done by someone else.
Step Two: Receive your personalized written plan and timeline. What needs to get done and in what order to most effectively reduce your anxiety? I will figure that out for you and get started. You don’t need to put anymore time or energy into the tasks that have been stuck on your mental to-do list.
Step Three: Have regular, brief check-ins about what is causing anxiety or overwhelm. My job is to help you with the tasks that are perpetually accumulating: Appointments, paperwork, phone calls, repairs, shopping errands.
