Step Two: Receive your personalized written plan and timeline. What needs to get done and in what order to most effectively reduce your anxiety? Together we will prioritize the order of tasks. You don’t need to put anymore time or energy into the tasks that have been stuck on your mental to-do list. I work on an hourly-rate ($35) to complete tasks from the plan we agree on.
Step Three: Have regular, brief check-ins about what is causing anxiety or overwhelm. My job is to help you with the tasks that are perpetually accumulating: Clutter, appointments, paperwork, phone calls, repairs, shopping errands.
